About the position

SYNERGY HomeCare Olympia is hiring a full-time Care and Marketing Coordinator. If you are called to the Senior Care Industry and have professional experience helping Seniors, you will love this management position. This manager will have an office on the Westside of Olympia and work primarily with clients, Care Professionals, and Referral Partners in the greater Olympia areas. This person will meet with clients and coordinate their care with our Care Professionals and Office Staff. Excellent time management and planning skills are required while working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to coordinate their care with Care Professionals and Office Staff.
  • Support seniors in the areas of social, physical, mental, and spiritual health.
  • Engage in the discovery process and conversations to find care solutions for seniors.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience helping Seniors in roles such as Caregiver, Care Manager, or Marketing Manager.
  • History of computer experience and ability to learn and navigate software used in the care industry.
  • Willingness to get vaccinated for COVID.
  • Ability to manage personal emergencies effectively.
