Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the overall channel marketing strategy.
  • Lead the planning and execution of channel-specific marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Management, Brand, and Digital teams to align on priorities.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity.
  • Ensure the sales team is equipped with modern marketing tools and training.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing programs.
  • Design the retail channel marketing strategy.
  • Develop & execute retail channel off-shelf promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product Management teams to identify and implement growth initiatives.
  • Understand business unit P&L objectives to make sound go-to-market recommendations.
  • Develop & execute Tradeshow strategy & execution.
  • Serve as key contributor to new product commercialization planning & execution.
  • Build and maintain channel expertise through customer collaboration and presentations.
  • Partner with brand execution team to ensure development of digital collateral.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of product management or marketing experience required.
  • Channel Leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience within the Consumer/Durable Goods industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate and build trust.
  • Demonstrated solid analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong multi-tasking and project management skills.
  • Growth mindset – demonstrated ability and desire to rapidly learn.

  • Experience managing agency partners preferred.
