About the position

The Channel Marketing Manager will be a part of the Marketing team to support and enable our channel partners to sell more of our solutions, increase mindshare for Matthews and become their preferred vendor to do business with. In partnership with the Marketing Director and Channel Sales Manager, the Channel Marketing Manager will create and execute a channel marketing plan for the Americas region in alignment with global channel marketing plans.

Responsibilities

  • Work with product marketing & marketing teams to create customizable sales enablement collateral like brochures, selling guides, sales plays, application guides, sales presentations for various markets/ industries, applications and solutions.
  • Work with channel sales teams on joint case study development to showcase the power of our solutions in different applications & industries.
  • Work with the channel partner's marketing team to facilitate our brand presence at tradeshows & events.
  • Facilitate new product launches to Channel Partners including all communications.
  • Increase engagement & focus on relationship building with partners to get proactive input on how we can support them better, industry insights, competitor insights. This includes NPS surveys, newsletters, 1:1 meetings with marketing teams, facilitating conversations with leadership.
  • Project manage annual Channel Partner Meeting organization for all channel partners including venue coordination, agenda design, budget management, sales enablement collateral and product demos.
  • Support leads to channel by facilitating leads flowing from us to partners and partners to us with feedback loops.
  • Work on joint programs to co-generate leads with partners.
  • Work with partner marketing teams for online marketing support with content to update their website about our solutions, case studies and applications.
  • Support social media posts to increase our joint digital reach and footprint.
  • Resource management on HighSpot to ensure that all sales tools are available and updated for Partners.
  • Analyze and measure the success of various partner marketing initiatives to capture the impact of channel marketing.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years progressive marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience in manufacturing or industrial experience preferred. Exposure to channel marketing preferred.
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
  • Fluency in Spanish would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work in Salesforce, to manage partner contacts, send emails, newsletters etc.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, channel partners.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
  • Periodic travel (approx. 10-15%) either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
