Chief Engineer

About the position

As the Chief Engineer with Superhost Hospitality at Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport North, you will be the driving force behind the maintenance and functionality of our facilities. Your responsibilities include conducting routine inspections and implementing preventive maintenance programs, addressing and resolving technical issues promptly to ensure the safety and comfort of guests, collaborating with other departments to support the overall operation of the hotel, managing budgets, procurement, and contracts related to maintenance and engineering, and upholding a high standard of safety and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conducting routine inspections and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
• Addressing and resolving technical issues promptly to ensure the safety and comfort of guests.
• Collaborating with other departments to support the overall operation of the hotel.
• Managing budgets, procurement, and contracts related to maintenance and engineering.
• Upholding a high standard of safety and environmental compliance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a chief engineer or senior engineering role is required.
• Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
