About the position

The USA Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a key member of the leadership team and will help drive our next phase of growth. The CMO will develop and execute all aspects of Corpay's USA marketing strategy across multiple lines of business (LOBs), including Vehicle Payments, Payables, and Workforce Lodging, and will lead important corporate strategic marketing initiatives. The role is based at Corpay's headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all marketing activities for Vehicle Payments, Payables, and Workforce Lodging lines of business based in the US.
  • Lead corporate strategic marketing initiatives and business development opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive product offerings.
  • Define product positioning for USA products.
  • Work with LOB teams to determine appropriate pricing for core products.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Oversee the Corpay brand image and ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently.
  • Generate ways to build and maintain a strong brand reputation.
  • Ideate and brainstorm to generate marketing messages that resonate with potential customers.
  • Develop and execute creatives including printed marketing materials, videos, and podcasts.
  • Develop, execute, and implement Corpay brand campaigns and media plans.
  • Lead lifecycle marketing, nurturing, and onboarding.
  • Integrate campaign architecture with RevOps.
  • Plan campaigns, calendars, and workflows.
  • Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across paid media channels.
  • Oversee USA Digital Sales Channel and achieve annual digital sales production targets.
  • Identify and evaluate new revenue ideas via corporate partnerships.
  • Size the revenue and profit opportunity for partnerships.
  • Define roles in partnerships and tailor partnership economics.
  • Negotiate and execute commercial contracts covering partnerships.
  • Develop marketing plans to realize partnership opportunities.
  • Ensure partnerships achieve projected results.

Requirements

  • MBA strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience post-MBA in a corporate marketing setting or in the marketing practice of a large strategy consulting firm.
  • Experience in B2B services required.
  • Deep product marketing expertise.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative and insightful.
