The Chief of Staff for Copilot Engineering and Product is a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving operational excellence, enabling effective decision-making, and fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture. Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Copilot Engineering and Product leaders to drive strategic planning, execution, and alignment.
- Lead and manage business rhythms including leadership meetings, all-hands, and planning cycles.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution of key priorities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to leadership, enabling clarity and focus.
- Manage communications and change management across the organization.
- Support organizational health efforts, including culture, inclusion, and team effectiveness.
- Coordinate with finance, Human Resources, and other support functions to ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead special projects and initiatives that span engineering and product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8 years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in Chief of Staff, program management, or strategic operations roles within technical or product organizations.
- Proven understanding of engineering and product development processes.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment.
- Experience with strategic planning, business operations, and executive communications.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and building inclusive teams.

Benefits
- Base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year.
- Base pay range for this role in the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
