Job Description Family Ark provides individual and family therapy services to youth and families in southern Indiana. The Family Preservation Therapist provides therapeutic interventions both in the home and office settings and collaborates with team members, schools, families and other professionals to meet each family's specific goals and needs. This individual works with DCS-involved families who have had a substantiated incident of abuse and/or neglect, where DCS believes the child(ren) can remain in the home with their caregiver(s) with the implementation of appropriate services. This position reports to the Community-Based Program Manager. Family Ark provides quality human service programs which promote positive change in the lives of children and families in the communities we serve.
