Fischione Instruments is seeking a CNC Machinist for our world-class manufacturing facility located in Export, PA. Our CNC Machinist is responsible for operating, programming and maintaining CNC machines to produce intricate, close tolerance of small advanced-precision parts and components. Machinists will ensure low volume production runs are done in a safe and efficient manner producing high quality parts.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years machining experience including setup and operation of CNC equipment
Must have mathematical skills including trigonometry, geometry and simple math
Must possess strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to high quality standards
Must possess strong knowledge of CNC machine programming (Both G and M Code)

Nice To Haves

Manual machining experience is highly desirable

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC mills/lathes to produce small, tight-tolerance parts
Operate machinery in a prototype / low-volume production environment
Read and interpret blueprints and drawings with the ability to go from print to part
Use and maintain measuring tools to ensure parts are produced to specification
Use and maintain hand tools including the sharpening of drills and cutting tools
Ability to conduct periodic maintenance, troubleshoot and limited repairs on machines
