About the position

The Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to drive growth business outcomes within the financial envelope for T-Mobile US. Require competency across marketing strategy, consumer and competitive insights, business management, financial acumen, innovation, relationship building & influencing, go-to-market planning and cross-functional leadership. Focus will be on building upon growth segments across the wireless industry driving growth and revenue within a challenging competitive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Business ownership of focused growth segment helping drive quarterly acquisition planning which includes tracking in quarter performance and planning for quarters ahead.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of quarterly marketing plans for the Postpaid portfolio focused on growth segments.
  • Manage quarterly business performance including results, preparing contingencies and development iterations of the plan in a competitive environment.
  • Identify opportunities based on competitive landscape, business performance and customer pain points.
  • Execute quarterly offers partnering with operations, supply chain, finance, messaging, product management, analytics, consumer insights, pricing and more.
  • Develop marketing communication materials for senior leadership sharing a customer-centric story.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • 4-7 years relevant Marketing experience
