About the position

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) is the official national Democratic campaign committee charged with electing Democrats to the U. S. House of Representatives. The DCCC recruits Democratic candidates and supports Democratic campaigns – both challengers and Democratic incumbent Members – with a variety of services including field operations, fundraising support, communications assistance, digital strategy, research support and management consulting. The DCCC is supported by the contributions of individuals and organizations, along with Democratic Members, from throughout the country. We look for talented and hard-working professionals who are committed to electing Democrats and winning the House majority. Due to the cyclic nature of our organization, all positions are subject to separation at the end of the election cycle. The Communications, Research, and Policy Coordinator will assist with all DCCC communications, research, and policy needs. This position will handle essential workflows within the team, including tracking and processing all administrative needs across the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in research, policy, or communications and will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have good organizational skills. This role is a great way to gain entry into the political world. This position is part of a collective bargaining unit.
