The Community Based Housing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Office of Mental Health (OMH) licensed Treatment Apartment Program (Txt AP) and the Supportive Housing Program (SHP) both in Counties that Programs operate. The Supervisor works closely with the Community Based Services Program Manager to ensure that both programs comply with agency policies and regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality, person-centered support to individuals with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) experiencing homelessness. The Supervisor plays a key leadership role in supporting, guiding, and mentoring program staff, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring individuals receive services that promote housing stability and wellness. The role includes assisting with assessments, oversight of tenancy supports, crisis intervention, landlord collaboration, and community resource coordination. This position may involve flexible hours but generally follows a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule.
