We are actively seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team and help build strong, lasting relationships with families, educators, and community partners. This role is essential in promoting early childhood education initiatives and ensuring that families have access to the resources and support they need.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement community outreach strategies to engage families, caregivers, and local organizations.
  • Organize and facilitate community events, workshops, and informational sessions focused on early childhood development and education.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, chambers of commerce, schools, healthcare providers, community professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison between the organization and the community, ensuring culturally responsive and inclusive engagement.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from community members to inform program development and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prepare regular reports on engagement outcomes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education, Community Development, or Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in community engagement/marketing, education, or event planning.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and the needs of diverse families.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with social media, Canva, and Google Workspace.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
