Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the LegalOps Community Program, ensuring it delivers value to members and aligns with strategic goals.
  • Oversee the community platform—monitor interactions, encourage engagement, ensure strong site performance and traffic growth.
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events that foster connection and learning across the Onit customer base.
  • Develop and curate thought leadership content, with a focus on AI-related topics, across different mediums (written, audio and video). Collaborate with customers to produce member-generated content.
  • Leverage social media and multi-channel campaigns to promote community initiatives and grow membership.
  • Maintain accurate membership databases and track key engagement metrics to inform strategy and improve performance.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of marketing experience in B2B technology, ideally SaaS.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills; experience with content creation, and basic design skills (PowerPoint, web).
  • Skilled in event planning, relationship-building, and client interaction; enjoys meeting customers and fostering connections.
  • A love of using tech and strong competency with office, content and common marketing tools. Deep interest in AI and regular use of AI tools in work and daily life.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented; a proactive problem solver.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and represent the community program internally and externally.
  • Background in legal, legal tech, or legal operations is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Video editing and strong design skills are a plus.
