About the position

The Direct Marketing Invoice Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices, refunds, and manual checks. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to audit data entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and process marketing invoices in the accounting system.
  • Manage and process customer refunds in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular audits of data entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Prepare and process manual checks as required.
  • Process credit card payments and refunds to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Process card payments and refunds in batches at the end of each business day.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and finance teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices and payments.
  • Generate and distribute financial reports as needed.
  • Gain and maintain knowledge of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) compliance and data security best practices.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
