Gray is looking to add a Marketing Coordinator to its team in our Lexington, KY office! Gray is seeking a creative and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support content execution, social media management, event logistics, and internal marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with the marketing team to bring the Gray AES (Professional Services) story to life - both internally and externally - through creative, timely and engaging content. This position is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and wants to grow with the business. Responsibilities

  • Help execute internal education campaigns and culture-building initiatives
  • Assist in the development of content for external campaigns and advertising initiatives
  • Ability to learn about the business and apply learnings to thoughtful content creation in conjunction with direct team, broader department, and key stakeholders
  • Support the Gray AES Supply Co logistics (e-commerce store for branded items), work with key team members to ensure proper support
  • Maintain project trackers and team resources to ensure alignment and visibility in project management software
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute monthly content calendars
  • Draft, design, and schedule posts using tools like Canva and HubSpot
  • Create and repurpose social content, including graphics, video snippets, reels, and GIFs
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining content libraries and archives
  • Coordinate with marketing and business stakeholders for strategic social media alignment
  • Coordinate promotional items, event materials, and shipping
  • Support the setup, execution, and teardown of Gray AES booths at industry tradeshows
  • Assist in managing timelines, checklists, and communications with event partners
  • Design quick-turn marketing assets in Canva (flyers, banners, event graphics)
  • Support basic video editing for social or event purposes
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative resources (Penji, internal brand and design team, external agencies)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or three or more (3+) years of experience in similar roles; or the equivalent combination of both
  • Experience in/exposure to Canva and social media tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel for occasional events (as needed)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with basic video editing tools (e.g., Canva video, Adobe Express)
  • Exposure to B2B, industrial, or technical marketing
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms or CRM tools
