About the position

As the Corporate Marketing Manager, you will be a core team member of the Marketing team at the Corporate Office, managing and executing marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals and drive awareness of Virgin Hotels. You'll be part of a team building incredible and relevant content, marketing campaigns and promotions as well as a social footprint that expresses Virgin Hotels' essence, tone of voice, engage visitors with insightful and thought-provoking content and help us turn fans, followers and readers into leads and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily Marketing planning and reporting workflows to ensure the functionality and coordination of the Marketing departments.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
  • Facilitate cross-functional and cross-departmental meetings between Marketing, Revenue Management, and property-marketers to communicate all promotions and initiatives in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work with the Director of Digital Marketing & Director of Brand Marketing in creating brand email marketing campaigns and own the review and approval process of hotel-level email marketing initiatives.
  • Manage on-going website update workflows, in coordination with property-teams.
  • Conduct regular website and brand audits internally and with hotels.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Content Manager on planning photo shoots and maintaining content libraries.
  • Manage the review and proofreading of all on and offline creative and written documents.
  • Manage marketing and sales collateral updates and edits, as needed.
  • Pull and organize data from various platforms (social media, web analytics, email marketing, etc.)
  • Understand our brand, product and customers to ensure content meets the marketing strategy and reflects the brand.
  • Regular adhoc project work.

Requirements

  • Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the United States
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in marketing in a hotel setting is strongly preferred
  • Proficient computer knowledge
  • A wiz in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator)

Nice-to-haves

  • A degree in Marketing is not required, but preferred
  • Experience with Canva is not required, but preferred
