Responsibilities

  • Determine the creative design strategy for external-facing Business Unit (BU) marketing collateral and campaigns.
  • Spearhead the creation and execution of marketing assets across the team that resonate with target audiences.
  • Conduct competitive analysis within B2B healthcare channels and B2C messaging.
  • Develop CCS product market share and brand growth through strategies and new design layouts.
  • Integrate with an in-house digital team to build an efficient in-house agency model.
  • Supervise the design layout and visual impact of marketing materials.
  • Establish content strategy with a focus on tone and strategic brand positioning.
  • Lead and review the work of the team for all web, print, and digital marketing collateral.
  • Plan and coordinate the development of paid advertising.
  • Head BU brand campaigns and be responsible for the development of all creative content.
  • Communicate project information, including deadlines and budgets, to executives and clients.
  • Travel to video and photo shoots up to 25% of the time.

Requirements

  • BA in Marketing/Communications along with Digital Marketing platform certifications.
  • Minimum 2 years experience supervising/developing team members.
  • 7-10 years experience with creative design development and project execution.
  • Up-to-date with new marketing trends.
  • Ability to think creatively and work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Great at multi-tasking and delegating.
