About the position

Lenovo is seeking a creative project manager to oversee the management of creative asset requests and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. The role involves managing requests submitted via Monday.com, breaking down briefs into actionable tasks, and coordinating with various stakeholders to meet project timelines. The successful candidate will lead project management efforts for product launches and optimize internal processes to enhance efficiency. This position is integral to aligning creative outputs with marketing strategies and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all creative asset requests submitted by stakeholders via Monday.com, ensuring all briefs are clear, complete, and actionable.
  • Review and break down creative briefs into actionable tasks; assign deliverables to designers, copywriters, and relevant team members.
  • Align with stakeholders on delivery timelines, track milestones, and ensure all creative assets meet both alpha and final delivery deadlines and pushback when needed.
  • Manage the end-to-end approval process, from initial drafts to final sign-off, ensuring alignment between creative, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Lead project management efforts for product launches, coordinating with regional stakeholders and the global marketing team to ensure timely and accurate asset delivery.
  • Build, document, and improve internal creative team processes. Conduct regular process reviews and implement revisions to drive efficiency and meet all deadlines.
  • Provide project recaps, learnings, and performance insights to inform future creative and campaign strategies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in creative project management, marketing operations, or agency traffic management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficient in Monday.com and project management best practices.
  • Experience working with cross-functional creative teams (design, copy, brand, digital, product).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills (global and local teams).
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate roadblocks and adjust as needed.
  • Experience in consumer electronics, tech, or similar industries is a plus.
