As a Growth Manager, you'll be joining a highly selective team with a wide variety of career experience across growth marketing, investment banking, corporate strategy, and previous start-up experience. The common link between all of us is that we like to have an impact and solve problems with a data-driven approach. You’ll be instrumental in driving deeper customer relationships by introducing our suite of products to existing customers. Your goal will be to drive pipeline generation and bookings by cross-selling the Verkada platform to existing customers within the North American market. You will play a pivotal role in building and optimizing the customer journey to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize customer LTV through email marketing, paid advertising, direct mail, events, and in-platform messaging/notifications.
  • Own the data strategy for audience segmentation, and work towards identifying opportunities within Verkada’s customer base.
  • Leverage data and intent signals to create highly targeted marketing efforts that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns—from planning to execution to performance analysis.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, running experiments to improve outcomes and reporting key metrics.
  • Work closely with account executives to define a joint approach to upsell/cross-sell their key customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across data science, marketing operations, and product marketing to ensure campaign success.
  • Track and analyze key campaign metrics.
  • Regularly communicate insights and learnings across departments to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement.
  • Leverage Excel and SQL to dig into campaign performance and identify opportunities and areas of improvement.

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Experience in designing and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns that engage customers at different stages of their journey.
  • Proven ability to identify cross-sell opportunities by analyzing customer behavior, engagement patterns, and product usage data.
  • Experience in creating customer-focused content and campaigns that drive engagement, cross-sell opportunities, and revenue growth.
  • Expertise in building scalable systems and automation to support cross-sell marketing efforts.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, data management, segmentation, and process optimization.
  • Backgrounds in investment banking, quantitative consulting, strategy, or analytics.
