About the position

As we enter our next stage of growth, we’re looking for a Customer Marketing Manager who can turn our user base into a community of champions—and help unlock long-term revenue growth in the process. This role is a critical connector between Marketing, Product, Sales, and RevOps. You’ll manage the strategy and execution of lifecycle campaigns, communications, and revenue-driving programs that increase adoption, upsell, retention, and advocacy.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and production of customer-facing communications—product deep dives, roadmap updates, and executive sessions.
  • Manage all proactive customer communications, including feature announcements, newsletters, and product tips.
  • Collaborate with Product to source and prioritize product feedback that drives roadmap decisions and facilitates lead generation.
  • Build and launch upsell campaigns across products, personas, and usage patterns.
  • Use tools like Pendo to identify expansion signals and trigger timely lifecycle outreach.
  • Support Revenue & LTV modeling, working cross-functionally to identify segments for long-term expansion.
  • Partner with RevOps to measure campaign impact on renewal, expansion, and CLTV.
  • Launch review campaigns that drive visibility and reputation.
  • Develop and manage Filevine’s Customer Advisory Board (CAB): agenda planning, communication, feedback synthesis.
  • Identify and develop case studies and customer stories that fuel PR, sales, and brand credibility.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success with campaign planning, content creation, and cross-functional execution.
  • Data-savvy: comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Pendo, and analytics platforms to measure impact.
  • A skilled communicator and relationship builder—you make champions out of customers.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in legal tech, vertical SaaS, or regulated industries.

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance (for full-time employees)
  • Competitive & Fair Pay
  • Maternity & paternity leave (for full-time employees)
  • Short & long-term disability
  • Opportunity to learn from a dedicated leadership team
  • Centrally located open office building in Sugar House
  • Top-of-the-line company swag
