Cyber Product Manager

About the position

Parsons is looking for a talented Cyber Product Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to lead the development and implementation of a product vision and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership and work with key stakeholders to understand requirements, build partnerships, and provide technology solutions
• Oversee the build and maintenance of the products
• Work collaboratively, communicates effectively, and drives consensus
• Balance the ultimate user experience with business goals and breaks down complex problems in order to locate and manage their solutions
• Partner with clients to understand business objectives, user behaviors, and product vision, develop product concepts, roadmaps, test plans, and functional specifications
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to conceptualize, design, and deliver multi-platform applications
• Lead engagements alongside company partners as well as the top designers and technologists in the industry

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 3 years as a Product Manager for a SaaS B2B product and 4+ years as a team leader
• Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or relevant field
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with experience with Agile methodologies and cloud services

• Senior Product Managers guide and mentor less experienced product managers, collaborating to deliver products on time and within budget
• They build and implement product strategies aligned with the company's vision, develop roadmaps, and prioritize features
• They work with various stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and other teams, to gather feedback and shape product requirements
