About The Position

The Data Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, evaluating, and interpreting data stored in organization information systems based on business needs. Must be a US Citizen with the ability obtain/maintain a DHS clearance.

Requirements

Must possess strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service skills, attention to detail, flexibility in adapting to changing environment, timely follow-through, and a commitment to learning new skills are required.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills and the willingness to be proactive and take initiative are required.
The ability to build and use effective working relationships and to work independently as an effective team player are required.
Understanding of PBI workspaces
Understanding of scripting/programming language using Python, R or SQL
Must be a US Citizen with the ability obtain/maintain a DHS clearance.
Must possess four or more years of data analysis experience
2-3 years' Power BI dashboard development
Bachelor's degree in a technology discipline or related field or equivalent work experience directly within functional area

Some knowledge of forecasting/assumption modeling

Responsibilities

Performs all aspects of data analysis and management.
Gathers, analyzes, evaluates, and interprets data stored in organization information systems based on business need.
Interprets data and results and assesses and ensures data accuracy and integrity.
Provides subject matter expertise regarding t he data subject.
Writes and compiles reports and other documentation.
Ensures data is processed and stored in accordance with agency regulations and standards.
Ability to create interactive dashboards using Power BI
Create visualizations per Stakeholder requirements
May be requested and required to participate in Proposal Support functions due to expertise
Follow management system policies, procedures, and work instructions as part of daily job duties.
Protect company and customer information by adhering to security and quality requirements.
Promptly report incidents, nonconformities, or risks to the appropriate authority.
