About the position

This position requires a resume and offers a pay rate of $17.00 an hour. The essential duties include answering guest inquiries regarding marketed offers, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of databases, managing returned mail, preparing analysis reports, and providing support for market analysis initiatives. The role may involve working in various capacities such as Island Passport, Hotel, or Call Center, with expectations to meet or exceed performance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Answer guest inquiries regarding marketed offers and communications applying discretion while adhering to property goals and policies.
  • Maintain integrity and accuracy of various databases to increase efficiency and success of guest contact.
  • Manage treatment and effective administration of returned mail.
  • Prepare ongoing analysis reports focusing on system or program integrity.
  • Manage a series of guest correspondence initiatives.
  • Provide support for market analysis initiatives.
  • Work in Island Passport, Hotel and/or Call Center as scheduled.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
  • 2-year degree in Business Administration or related field and 4-year previous Marketing or Promotions experience; or a combination of equivalent experience and/or education.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Windows.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1-year experience with media placement, market research, or direct mail marketing.
  • Knowledge of continuity programs within casino operations.
  • Experience with database systems or other gaming-related computer systems.
