About the position

Joining the marketing department as a Database Marketing Manager offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in coordinating on-property activations and collaborating with the CoE to execute targeted campaigns that align with MGM Resorts International's strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include supporting property initiatives through close liaison with the Direct Marketing CoE, ensuring campaign accuracy, proper deployment, and adherence to company policies and procedures. This role is essential in driving effective marketing efforts, enhancing guest engagement, and contributing to the overall success of MGM’s marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Initialize all direct marketing campaigns on time with the Direct Marketing CoE using the campaign request forms.
  • Product owner for the Atrient kiosk platform, including promotion setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Reviews and approve campaign status reports to ensure all property campaigns are accounted for and are on schedule.
  • Communicates project status, timelines, and delivery information to clients and internal teams; attends status meetings as assigned.
  • Assists with regional property promotional planning and implementation as needed.

Requirements

  • Has 2 + years of direct casino marketing or related work experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Has high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Has SQL knowledge.
