The role involves performing duties including pre-delivery vehicle preparation, learning the delivery area, checking orders for quality and accuracy, following proper delivery procedures, and providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone. You will also be expected to act with a sense of urgency in everything you do and perform other assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, and taking orders.
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation
- Learn the delivery area
- Check orders for quality and accuracy
- Follow proper delivery procedures
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
- Act with a sense of urgency in all tasks
- Assist team members by being on time for shifts and supporting other workstations
- Complete all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift
- Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions
- Execute cash management duties and use the FOCUS system
- Support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase the check average when taking an order
- Distribute door hangers during every shift
- Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas and comply with safety and security standards
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years experience
- Proof of car insurance and a reliable vehicle
- Acceptable motor vehicle record (specific requirements may vary)
- Must be 18 or older
