You will be given a unique opportunity to provide quality care for patients and to grow your career while receiving shoulder-to-shoulder coaching from an established Owner Dentist using the latest proven technology. You will participate in one-on-one mentoring sessions and in select regionally held Continuing Education opportunities. This also includes proactively engaging the Owner Dentist in establishing a common understanding of their clinical culture, patient outcomes, and standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality care for patients
- Engage in one-on-one mentoring sessions with the Owner Dentist
- Participate in regionally held Continuing Education opportunities
- Collaborate with in-house specialists
- Utilize fully digitized practices and latest CAD/CAM technology
- Manage patient records using the EPIC health records system
- Establish a common understanding of clinical culture and standards of care
Requirements
- Qualified individual including recent dental school graduates
- Ability to provide quality patient care
- Willingness to engage in mentorship and continuing education

- Experience with CAD/CAM technology
- Familiarity with EPIC health records system
