As a Design Operations Manager, you will play a central role in enabling our design, product, and operations teams to move faster. You will think strategically about how teams work together and design systems and structures to help scale. You have a deep understanding of best practices in program management and have successfully led cross-functional stakeholder groups to deliver quality products and experiences. In this role you will rely on your ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, create clarity through excellent communication, and solve complex and ambiguous problems. The Design Operations Manager will support the day-to-day operations, strategic planning, portfolio execution, and program management of key, high-level projects. While this role is an individual contributor, success relies heavily on building authentic relationships with peers, partners and leaders.
