About the position

As a Marketing Operations Project Manager at Dickies, you will help manage workflow for the marketing teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Your role will involve taking the vision from marketing leaders and steering the tactical execution of the plan with both internal marketers and external vendor partners. You will create project plans, drive process improvements, leverage digital tools, create executive summaries, communicate across functions, and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Work with key stakeholders to define the project and build a roadmap from concept to completion.
  • Facilitate process improvements by identifying gaps and creating mitigation strategies.
  • Utilize Marketing Project Management software (Wrike) to assign accountability and track progress.
  • Create easy-to-read executive summaries that identify key milestones, successes, challenges, and action items.
  • Communicate effectively across multiple functions and levels within the organization.
  • Define project scope and costs, update forecasts, and ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Professional, energetic, and proactive work approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience documenting, creating, and improving processes and workflows.
  • Ability to motivate others and lead them in meeting project requirements.
  • Proven ability to embrace change and thrive in a dynamic environment.
