About the position

As our business grows our need for marketing grows. Dickies is looking for people to help manage workflow for the marketing teams to allow everyone to work as efficiently and effectively as possible. A great project manager takes the vision from our marketing leaders and steers the tactical execution of the plan with our internal team of marketers and our external vendor partners. A day in the life of a Marketing Operations Project Manager at Dickies includes creating the plan, driving process improvements, leveraging digital tools, creating executive summaries, communicating across functions, and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Work with key stakeholders to define the project and build a roadmap from concept to completion.
  • Facilitate process improvements by identifying gaps and creating mitigation strategies.
  • Utilize Marketing Project Management software (Wrike) to assign accountability and track progress.
  • Create easy-to-read executive summaries identifying key milestones, successes, challenges, and action items.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across multiple functions of the organization.
  • Define the scope and cost of projects, update forecasts with actual expenses, and ensure completion on time and on budget.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Professional, energetic, and proactive work approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience documenting, creating, and improving processes and workflows.
  • Ability to motivate others and lead them in meeting project requirements.
  • Proven ability to embrace change and thrive in a dynamic environment.
