We are looking to add a talented Digital Delivery Product Operations Lead to drive growth and process within our Digital Delivery Global Platforms team. This individual will play a key role in driving innovation and customer success. Equifax has a hybrid work schedule that allows for 2 days of remote work (Monday and Friday), with 3 required onsite days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) every week. This role will work the required onsite days at our Equifax office in Alpharetta or midtown ATL (OAC), with the flexibility to visit the other location one day per week. This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support. This position is not open to third-party vendors or C2C.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute stakeholder engagement plans and communications plans for the team and platforms in scope.
  • Own and lead strategic initiatives to drive stronger product and platform discipline.
  • Drive accountability across peer groups through influence to enhance organizational alignment.
  • Drive platform team initiatives with a focus on areas increasing efficiency, consistency, and clarity across the team.
  • Lead design, implementation and management of assigned initiatives.
  • Communicate with / report out to internal stakeholders including product managers, engineering managers, and leadership to aid in decision making.
  • Work with leadership and business units to deliver detailed designs for business cases.
  • Partner with the peers to define data points, metrics, and expectations while consolidating and communicating the outcomes in a manner that drives accountability.
  • Develop initiative and product presentations for executive and other stakeholders to effectively communicate strategies, plans, and execution towards the desired outcomes.
  • Monitor and communicate initiative measures of success, plans, status, issues and risks in a timely manner to team members, stakeholders and senior management.
  • Identify critical capabilities, initiative resources, budgets and critical path issues and reports to initiative sponsors/team.
  • Review reports and identify common metrics used across the team.
  • Create and communicate a standard approach to calculating common metrics to ensure consistency across the Product Team.
  • Define areas for improvement in platform management, channel management, product mindset, maturity, and execution.
  • As needed, drive meeting material standardization for key meetings across Product and Platform teams (i.e., quarterly reviews/stakeholder update meetings).
  • Drive data accuracy by defining metrics and reporting for the Platform Management teams to leverage (what is the right data to pull, how do we analyze it, etc.).
  • Continuously seek to improve processes, reporting and communications across the teams and drive positive change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline strongly preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 7-10 years of related product management experience in a product-led organization, and is experienced leading in a Product Management environment in Technology, Financial Services or Data & Analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead efforts in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Team lead experience or demonstrated capabilities.
  • Experience with Product tools (Aha!, JIRA, Figma).
  • Experience demonstrating Design Thinking for innovation.
  • Can use strong knowledge of competitive landscape to anticipate, articulate and drive high-priority initiatives to improve the product discipline.
  • Capable of setting the vision and ensuring its alignment with strategy and goals.
  • Experience interacting with key decisions-makers within own function and across related functions to successfully navigate complex organizations.
  • Managed executional rigor to deliver product efforts on time to meet market demands.
  • Skilled at creating and delivering presentations and visual communication to convey the product vision.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in any of the following team settings: customer experience, channel management, integration initiatives, business process automation, customer data / analytics, user identity / access management.
  • Experience in Lean Process Improvement (Six Sigma certification a plus).
  • Experience/Certification(s) in project, product, or program management.
  • Has led strategy and planning efforts for product or platform teams.
