POSITION PROFILE:

The Digital Integration and Reporting Director will be an individual contributor responsible for leading digital marketing integration, transformation and key efforts for the Services portfolio. They will be the key person to create, integrate, manage execution and report on digital marketing activities including web site updates, social media, demand generation, nurture campaigns, CRM integration, lead pipeline generation and reporting, and marketing revenue generation. They will actively engage key functional areas to deliver on digital marketing efforts that advance the brand, support and drive the buyers' journey, and support revenue growth.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Digital Integration and Reporting leader will take a proactive lead on the strategy to deliver an excellent, seamless digital buyer's journey and will use collaboration, coordination and direction of the digital marketing efforts for the Services portfolio. They are responsible for the reporting of digital efforts as they relate to brand awareness, buyer journey optimization and revenue growth. They work cross functionally with partners to combine web, campaigns, social media, etc. for a strategic buyer and customer experience.

This leader will be responsible for the following:
-Collaborate and liaise with key delivery and analytical teams, as well as business and marketing stakeholders.
-Optimize the buyers in all digital media using buyer and customer insights and analytics.
-Mapping, reporting, optimization and associated KPI's for the Customer Journey Strategy.
-Own the digital marketing strategy and execution to support long term growth most effective digital tools (e.g. website, social, blogs, emails, etc.).
-Own the demand and lead generation with the integration to other key enablement tools (e.g. CRM, Marketing Automation, etc.).
-Lead the comprehensive strategy around the buyers process to drive buyer engagement, sales and customer growth and loyalty.
-Research new tools, products, services and concepts to identify and act on new opportunities.
-Establish best practices for digital marketing and stay current on trends in digital marketing.
-Analyze digital activity metrics (e.g. SEO/SEM, web traffic, click thru's, open rates, MQL, SQL's, marketing attributable revenue, etc.) to measure performance, forecast trends and recommend changes in approach or content.
-Develop buyer and customer relationships via digital channels.
-Other duties, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: (Education, Experience and Certifications)
-Bachelors in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or similar field required.
-Masters degree preferred.
-5-10 years in digital marketing strategy or leadership.
-Experience in customer and buyer journey optimization.
-Experience in demand and lead generation on a tactical level.
-Experience in managing and reporting the full marketing to sales pipeline.
-Understanding of practical application and impacts of HTML, web design, and content construction.
-Experience with information and analytical tools including Google Adwords, Google Analytics, marketing automation, CRM systems, etc.
-Strong analytical and project management skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
