We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager- Lead Generation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building a strategy to identify and engage potential customers, nurture relationships, and drive qualified opportunities to our sales pipeline. Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and industry events.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
  • Engage prospects through personalized communication across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on social selling.
  • Build and maintain relationships by providing valuable insights and addressing prospect needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demos with internal subject matter experts.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
  • Partner with the Sr. Director and cross-functional teams to align on goals and strategies.
  • Offer feedback to marketing on lead quality and outreach effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role (B2B or food & beverage industry experience is a plus).
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on understanding return on investment, budget management/tracking/forecasting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to look at data and drive decisions from it.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
