We're hiring a Digital Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist, storyteller, and creator. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at turning complex technology into high-impact campaigns-and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to produce the content, design the asset, or launch the ad.

Responsibilities

  • Own DZYNE's digital marketing strategy across web, social media, email, and paid campaigns
  • Lead full-funnel campaigns around product launches, new and existing products within UAS and CUAS civil and government
  • Develop digital ad creative, landing pages, social graphics, and video snippets in-house or with agency support
  • Write sharp, technically credible copy tailored to defense and dual-use buyers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to extract compelling stories from our tech and programs
  • Track and optimize campaign performance across all channels using data and analytics

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience in aerospace, defense tech, or B2B deep tech
  • Strong knowledge of AI, autonomy, or complex engineering solutions-especially for dual-use or defense markets
  • Experience building marketing assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Skilled in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot/CRM, GA4, and CMS platforms
  • Exceptional writing, content creation, and storytelling abilities

Nice-to-haves

  • Have hands-on experience creating videos, animations, or motion graphics to support campaign goals
  • Can shoot and edit short video content or repurpose technical footage into compelling digital stories
  • Know how to market emerging tech to both government and commercial audiences
  • Understand SBIR/STTR or other DoD-funded program marketing best practices
  • Have experience crafting content for thought leadership or earned media campaigns
