The Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who fully embodies our values, shares a passion for excellence, and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for shaping the client experience by providing exceptional service in support of our world-renowned hotel. FSNYD is recognized as a Forbes 5 Star Hotel; Forbes 5 Star Spa and AAA 5 Diamond Hotel. This position reports to the Director of Commercial Marketing for New York Downtown. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Hotel's digital strategy with a proactive and creative approach to all available digital marketing platforms and on-property initiatives.
  • Design and implement innovative programs and campaigns that increase awareness of the Hotel, its offerings and dynamic team.
  • Actively co-manage Four Seasons website with corporate team, ensuring alignment with the Hotel's positioning and business objectives through creative storytelling.
  • Review SEO ranking and reporting with corporate and agency to implement SEO improvements for Hotel website.
  • Create, maintain and distribute relevant information pertaining to the Four Seasons brand and hotel specific information available and broadcasted to the public.
  • Analyze sentiment metrics and own online reputation management.
  • Manage content and reputation on all third-party sites for the Hotel's business segments.
  • Manage and leverage Hotel social media channels, curating relevant and engaging content that highlights Brand DNA while increasing total audience size and engagement.
  • Create matrix pertaining to Social Media volume and assess changes, enhancements, and offerings from feedback.
  • Assist the Director of Public Relations with the creation of new and extraordinary experiences, local partnerships, media communications, maintaining media relationships, and hosting media visits/interviews as needed.
  • Coordinate production of photo and video shoots at the hotel.
  • Maintain image library, local asset repository and Press Room to ensure the best representation of Hotel.
  • Create and approve all on-property signage/guest communication, both in print and digital.
  • Own influencer/content creator outreach, relationships, and property collaborations including pre and post stay communication and post-stay analytics.
  • Develop paid media briefs and manage schedule, content, and performance in tandem with agency.
  • Work with Director of Marketing to develop email marketing schedule and manage end-to-end process with the corporate team.

Requirements

  • College education required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in social media, digital marketing, public relations and related industries, preferably within luxury hospitality or fine dining restaurants.
  • Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills.
  • Photography skills and an eye for Four Seasons brand aesthetic.
  • Experience applying brand guidelines to marketing deliverables.
  • Attention to detail and organization.
  • Influencer/media relations experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of social media, website content management (including SEO), and digital marketing best practices.
  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe, or other graphic design software.
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects while being cognizant of deadlines and priorities.
  • Ability to manage third-party agencies, partners, and vendors.
  • Ability to support Marketing initiatives at various times of day, including weekends and some holiday periods.
  • Office 365 skills.
  • Knowledge of paid media (Google ads, Google or Adobe analytics, or paid social) and/or SEO a plus.
