About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Project Manager to join our Project Management Office team within the Digital and Marketing Operations (DMO) department. As a Digital Project Manager, you will oversee digital activities across all sections of our US and international corporate websites, and play a crucial role in managing the delivery of the digital experience for our global marketing programs, campaigns, and product/solution launches. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, HR, and product development, to drive project scope, tasks, and digital initiatives, ensuring successful project completion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of the digital experience for marketing programs, campaigns, and product/solution launches, ensuring timeliness and successful implementation of digital projects
  • Lead global cross-functional project teams, including marketing, HR, and product development, as the project manager, overseeing scope, tasks, and digital activities
  • Ensure timely completion of planned tasks by setting schedules, coordinating resources, and monitoring progress - mitigating risk with early identification and solution recommendation
  • Provide regular program status updates to stakeholders and participants, addressing issues affecting project timelines and demonstrating effective and efficient communication across all teams
  • Present a comprehensive view of program progress and performance through check-ins, issue resolution, and validation of deliverables
  • Identify opportunities for best practices, optimizations, and testing in digital marketing efforts to enhance program delivery
  • Project manage and adhere to the implementation of new DMO marketing features, tools, and applications
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize and align on all DMO roadmap activities
  • Develop and optimize operational models across DMO to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Drive planning and alignment across Marketing functions to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Communication
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Jira is preferred
  • Certification in PMP or Agile methodologies is a plus
