As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be a key driver of demand generation, full-funnel marketing performance, and cross-channel strategy execution across multiple B2B SaaS products. Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize organic and paid media strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Manage and scale multi-million dollar annual budgets to drive qualified leads, pipeline, and ROI.
  • Create holistic digital strategies that span paid, organic, and social to drive acquisition and retention.
  • Execute high-performance campaigns, including creation, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
  • Build high-converting landing pages and nurture flows using Hubspot and other marketing automation tools.
  • Utilize AI tools and data platforms to streamline operations, improve targeting, and enhance creative performance.
  • Drive insights through analytics, ensuring every dollar spent is measured, evaluated, and iterated.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging, ICP targeting, and campaign goals for multiple SaaS products.
  • Lead social media marketing strategies, particularly for LinkedIn and other B2B platforms.
  • Champion ongoing content and functionality upgrades and lead improvements in SEO optimization for Lofty websites.
  • Stay ahead of trends in performance marketing, B2B growth tactics, and real estate tech.

Requirements

  • 4 - 6+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven progression and increasing responsibility.
  • Strong expertise in Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads, including platform-specific best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize $1M+ in annual ad budgets, rapidly scaling lead generation while maintaining cost efficiency and ROAS/ROI goals.
  • Passion for data, performance marketing, and continuous experimentation.
  • Proven ability to run campaigns for multiple products simultaneously, especially in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot, Google Analytics, tag management, and pixel tracking.
  • Experience creating or managing conversion-optimized landing pages.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Clay, predictive analytics platforms) and SaaS marketing toolkits.
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution and media mix models.
  • Prior experience marketing to real estate professionals or proptech audiences is a big bonus!
  • Highly adaptable, with a self-starter attitude and the ability to thrive in a very dynamic, fast-paced, startup style environment.
