Your new responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Manager will focus on increasing customer engagement through digital marketing efforts across multiple channels including websites, paid social, search, display networks, and more. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with big ideas who will both take ownership of our digital marketing channels and make a real impact.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
? Collaborate with external agencies in strategizing and managing the SYLVANIA brand social media channels - Facebook, YouTube, Twitter & Instagram to support business priorities and requirements
? Manage web application projects working with various resources both internal and external in all phases
? Collaborate with Information Technology and product marketing to maintain a SAP CRM eCatalog navigation
? Manage and utilize Webtrends and Google Analytics data for reporting and to establish meaningful key performance indicators
? Manage email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact and lead generation using FormStack
? Manage corporate wide digital asset management system including all image licensing, training, communication and access
? Implement and work with ForeSee vendor to measure web user experience and apply recommendations
? Collaborate with IT manage and maintain licensing for digital marketing software tools (Formstack, Constant Contact, Foresee, Bing Map Service, Webtrends and IHDP)
? Coordinate with external agencies with regard to the creation of assets to support digital marketing strategic initiatives across platforms (quarterly application photo shoot)
? Collaborate with cross functional groups and global IT to implement a new digital asset management solution
? Coordinate photographic needs for various business requirements
? Collaborate with product groups and all sales channels to gather business messages to be published via digital marketing channels (social media, email campaigns and web site (internet & extranet).
? Communicate to product groups and all sales channels on a regularly scheduled basis the performance of digital marketing initiatives relevant to their goals
? Collaborate with cross functional groups (including global) oversee and lead the USC data integrity initiative
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Identify and support key pilot opportunities that drive digital marketing engagement, brand awareness and conversion.
? Develop & maintain digital technology road maps in collaboration with Sales Marketing, Product Managers, Information Technology, HR and various other stakeholders
? Manage and mentor digital marketing specialist/analyst to support digital marketing initiatives and business priorities
? Oversee Digital Marketing USC budget
? Develop set of KPIs and benchmarks to measure digital program effectiveness. Understand and report on key performance metrics
? Drive excellence in execution by aligning key stakeholders and ensuring project deliverables are executed on time and on budget
? Develop new programs/content to grow business and engage customers
? Optimize and grow existing digital channels and identify, evaluate and recommend new ones
? Ensure successful operationalization of asset management tools for digital
What we look for
? Strong knowledge of web technologies, specifically CMS platforms, databases, asset management tools and Google Analytics
? Sound experience in Web/Mobile Usability, User Experience, SEO/SEA and QA testing
? Demonstrated budget management and technical acumen with an understanding of technology solutions and potential tradeoffs
? Strong problem resolution and decision making skills and be able to resolve elevated issues, be creative and resourceful and display sound judgment and demonstrate accountability
? Self-motivated; able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests, as well as collaborating with others to utilize resources and knowledge of others in identifying quality solutions.
? Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environment.
? Ability to drive work both independently toward the successful attainment of department goals and project completion dates, and as part of a team to leverage input and knowledge base of others within the company in providing well rounded and thoughtful information and solutions.
? Ability to work with functional groups and different level of employees throughout the LEDVANCE organization to effectively and professionally achieve business results
? Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
? Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of tasks for both self and team to meet business requirements and deadlines.
? Strong track record of building and maintaining solid relationships with both internal and external customers and vendors.
? Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and the ability to work with data efficiently and effectively; strong analytics skills.
? Early adopter of digital trends, and a passion for digital operations.
? Experience with digital retail and trade channels
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree
* 4-6 years of experience in a digital marketing manager capacity
? Demonstrated ability to lead digital marketing and technology projects
ENVIRONMENT:
Approximately 20% performed in climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions. Approximately 80% travel may be required in support of the positions responsibilities.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and finger to feel and handle; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, and crouch; lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
