The number one priority is to implement digital marketing campaigns that help to convert more people to Active Partnership with our client\. The Digital Marketing Manager plays a vital role within the Marketing department as this position leads all digital marketing efforts for our client and its affiliates, while working closely with the Social Media Manager to integrate social platforms into digital campaigns\. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate directly with other channel marketers on the team to review project priorities, deliverables, timing, and budget\. Areas of specialty will include, but not be limited to, apps, website, SEO, mobile, streaming video, programmatic advertising, native advertising, and more\.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, apps, mobile, streaming video such as Apple TV and Roku marketing, email, marketing database, and display advertising campaigns\. Measure/report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals ROI and KPIs \. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights\. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies\. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests\. Lead one or two direct and indirect reports\. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience\. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end\-to\-end user experience across multiple channels\. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels\. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners\. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption where appropriate\. Other duties as assigned\.JOB REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of a bachelor s 4 year degree in advertising, communications, or marketing is required\. An MBA is desirable, but not required\. At least 3 years digital and direct response marketing experience required\. 2\-3 years of supervisory experience required\. At least 3 years management experience working with large\-scale web sites, e\-marketing, and advertising\. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and/or display advertising campaigns\. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate to act\. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels\. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments\. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools e\.g\., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends \. Working knowledge of ad serving tools e\.g\., DART, Atlas \. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns\. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints\. Strong analytical skills and data\-driven thinking\. Up\-to\-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement\. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions in conceiving, developing, and producing tactics\. Previous working experience with ministries is desirable but not required\. Must agree with statement of faith\. Must have proven project management experience managing multiple projects with firm due dates\. Must be able to proof for accuracy, grammatical errors and misspellings\. Attention to detail is highly important\. Must have experience working with other teams, agencies and vendors\. Must have experience in translating business objectives into winning digital campaigns that generated measurable ROI\. Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive working relationships\. Incumbent must demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial aptitude and be solution\-focused\.
