About the position

Ignite Visibility is looking for an experienced and proactive Digital Marketing Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) to join our team and support our People Operations hiring efforts across the business. This role involves independently leading and executing full cycle talent acquisition from A-Z to fill assigned roles, engaging in talent discovery, and sourcing and recruiting passive candidates across platforms and networks to find and hire best-in-class digital marketing talents. The specialist will also screen and assess applicants, manage candidate communications, and provide a seamless interview experience reflecting our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Independently lead and execute full cycle talent acquisition from A-Z to fill assigned roles
  • Talent discovery and engagement, including sourcing and recruiting passive candidates across platforms and networks
  • Screen and assess applicants for current and future positions, evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Schedule, organize interviews, and manage candidate communications
  • Provide candidates with a seamless and memorable interview experience
  • Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system and manage external job posting sites
  • Overcome objections with candidates and be consultative with hiring leaders
  • Leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies
  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience from application to final interview stage
  • Foster a strong partnership with leadership and hiring managers to understand team needs
  • Deliver weekly candidate and role status updates to ensure transparency and alignment

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of full cycle of professional recruitment experiences
  • 2+ years of recruiting & hiring experience within digital marketing industry
  • 2+ year agency recruitment and consultant search experience
  • Experience hiring technical digital marketing talent in Paid Media, SEO, Account Services, Project Management, Data, and other creative roles
  • Proficient knowledge of talent management and applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, and strong organizational skills
  • Polish professional presence and ability to engage and build rapport with senior professionals and hiring managers
  • Deadline oriented attitude and ability to identify and address obstacles quickly and efficiently
  • Proactive approach with excellent follow-up and a sense of urgency
  • Thrives in fast-paced high-growth setting with a tenacity to succeed
  • A positive attitude and ability to easily build relationships across all functions
