About the position

At Swiftwick, we design, engineer and manufacture performance socks that are designed for endurance athletes. We exist to help runners and cyclists grow, persist and push towards their next race, goal, or challenge. We are seeking a results-driven individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist, to help grow Swiftwick’s online presence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strategic mindset with the ability to optimize owned and paid channels, and the ability to interpret data and provide insights. The will be a dual-reporting role, reporting to both the Head of Integrated Marketing and Director of E-commerce, and is based in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of digital marketing across owned channels (organic social, email, and SMS) and paid channels (paid social, paid search, affiliate).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content strategy that aligns with our brand and business objectives and resonates with our target audience, with the goal of creating brand heat and generating excitement.
  • Build and deploy email campaigns, providing segmentation strategy in order to optimize sends in partnership with the Brand Marketing & Content Specialist’s content calendar.
  • Monitor channel performance providing actionable insights.
  • In coordination with the Director of E-Commerce, build, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and Google.
  • Report and analyze owned and paid campaign performance and provide solutions to improve KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in content marketing and digital media, identifying exciting new channels to test and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus but not required with the relevant professional experience.
  • 2+ years of functional experience in a digital marketing role, ideally at a consumer brand.
  • Strong combination of strategic, analytical and tactical skills, with the ability to execute a project from beginning to end, while contributing your own ideas and tactics on how to improve campaigns along the way.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and segmentation, experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo is a plus.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta.
  • Strong written skills with attention to detail.
