Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns and nurture sequences through Creatio and other platforms.
  • Create, manage, and schedule content for social media with a confident and engaging brand voice across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across all digital tactics, delivering weekly and monthly performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous optimization.
  • Coordinate the development and optimization of landing pages in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring a user-centric design and smooth conversion pathways.
  • Apply data-driven insights to evaluate the end-to-end customer journey across all digital touchpoints, identifying opportunities to improve experience, engagement, and conversion.
  • Support the strategy, planning, and coordination of SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), and display advertising campaigns in alignment with the contractor or external partners managing paid media.
  • Research current digital marketing trends and tools and propose fresh ideas and innovations to improve channel performance and campaign impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (required).
  • One to three years of relevant experience in marketing, business communications, public relations, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Suite products and computer-based productivity tools required.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, and CRM systems is preferred.
  • Content Management System: Ability to learn and navigate for website management.
  • Experience with content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) is a plus.
  • Experience with digital research tools is preferred.
  • Marketing automation platform experience is preferred.
  • Microsoft SharePoint experience is highly desirable.
