As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you play a key role in helping companies grow through authentic, results-driven digital marketing. Our clients trust us to deliver not only technical expertise but also thoughtful insights and consistent execution.

Responsibilities

  • Complete performance audits across digital channels to identify technical, strategic, or content-based opportunities.
  • Conduct keyword research to inform content strategy and optimization efforts.
  • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Google Search Console to identify opportunities.
  • Help identify process improvements and contribute ideas to strengthen client outcomes.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives in content, digital PR, and AI-enhanced marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to content strategies through research, outreach, and relationship development.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing or SEO with a strong emphasis on SEO.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog) and Google's webmaster guidelines.
  • Understanding of technical SEO elements, including site architecture, crawlability, and indexability.
  • Experience with keyword research methodologies and tools.
  • Solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to assist with audits and content.
  • Practical experience in digital PR—building relationships, pitching stories, and brand messaging.
  • Ability to connect content strategy with broader marketing goals.
  • Understanding of web development (Python).
