The Digital Marketing Specialist will design, implement and measure digital marketing campaigns for a growing portfolio of real estate companies consisting of more than 50 multifamily properties, commercial & residential real estate and construction services. Candidate will also manage online content and maintain property and clients reputation.

Job responsibilities include:

Ability to create, manage, audit, maintain and post content for all organization web properties and work with outside vendors to ensure functionality of web features.
Provide data and analysis to suggest improvements and to help optimize process and user experience across digital channels based on data and observed trends.
Devise and conduct A/B tests across digital channels (primarily through websites, email marketing and SMS).
Develop insights to inform web content strategy, social media tactics and push tactics to (1) deepen engagement with key audiences and (2) expand our audience/reach.
Monitor the brands social media, web and Google AdWords success to support business development and brand goals.
Create and deliver emails and other communication to prospects, residents, team members, clients and stakeholders.
Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)s for management and clients.
Onboard new properties.
Advise on media sources and packages.
Assist with additional communications as needed and as capacity allows.
Maintain accounts and contracts - process invoices for services.
Attend client meetings throughout the country and potentially abroad.
Other duties as assigned.

Abilities include:

Writing and editing experience with a variety of online communications media including social media, blogs, web pages, marketing materials, ads, etc.
Exceptional interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Proven computer literacy, with strong hands-on capability in all social media platforms, online content management, Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Wordpress, HTML, CSS.
Ability to create content, as well as experience posting, monitoring, engaging and measuring social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Glassdoor etc.).
Knowledge of and experience in implementing best practices of SEO.
Hands-on experience Proficient with Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, email delivery systems, survey tools.
Ability to tailor message formats and content to target audiences.
Ability to be self-starting, self-sufficient and independently focused, with minimal supervision, under deadline pressures.
Ability to manage projects through their entire life cycle in collaboration with internal and external team members.
Knowledge of and Interest in Multifamily Real Estate a major plus.

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree with experience in advertising, communications or marketing.
The individual should be a savvy and detail-oriented analyst with a deep understanding of digital channels who can provide not only the data analysis, but thought leadership focused on delivering the best ROI for ongoing programs.
They must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and efficiently on concurrent projects and with internal staff and outside partners/vendors is a requirement.
Advertising/communications agency experience is desired.
Candidate must be able thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Must be a strong writer and verbal communicator with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
