About the Position
Clearwater Analytics is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist. This person will work as a part of the marketing department to execute digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and facilitate multi-channel engagement.
The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver, team player, strong communicator, and extremely organized with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will represent Clearwater with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
Create, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and facilitate multi-channel engagement
Create digital lead generation opportunities through PPC, retargeting, display advertising, and more
Identify new digital advertising opportunities and lead generation programs that align with Clearwaters brand, product, and target markets
Measure digital marketing campaigns and analyze data to optimize initiatives and increase performance
Promote Clearwaters content and digital publication, Clear Insights, which includes working with the content team to maintain a consistent publishing schedule, optimize CTAs, build subscriber lists, and engage target audiences
Work with Clearwaters email marketing specialist to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
Manage and optimize all calls-to-action on the Clearwater website
Collaborate with marketing sub-departments and other Clearwater stakeholders to establish a cohesive digital presence
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing, or similar
Three or more years of experience in a marketing role or related field
Experience with marketing automation systems and CRMs preferred
Strong project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong technology skills and enthusiasm for exploring new tools and solutions
Demonstrated ability as a detail-oriented, highly motivated self-starter; ability to work in a team or independently in support of creative goals and business objectives
Very strong interpersonal skills; a team player with a positive attitude
