About the position

Integra Life Sciences is looking for a Manager of Digital Marketing Technologies with a proven track record of driving alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Commercial teams to deliver streamlined digital experiences that impact our customers and patients. This role would lead the business through process centered discussions that generate integrated technology solutions that directly touch our customers during and after their buying journeys. This role will be responsible for capturing the future capabilities and underlying technology needs of each business function, starting initially with a deep focus on supporting our Digital Marketing department refresh their technology stack starting with the content management system and digital asset management system. This role exists to help translate business requirements into business cases and vetted investments in technology over multiple years while ensuring that strategic divisional and international goals are met. This role is a critical enabler for the business, translating desired capabilities and future ways of working into detailed process flows, value chain maps, and business needs that serve as the foundation for designing and pricing technology solutions. This role evaluates gaps and remediations required for processes and systems supporting moderate/significant improvement needed to meet compliance requirements of validated systems. By working with various business and IT leaders across the organization, this role will refine our business cases to ensure key outcomes, risks, and value drivers are well understood and documented prior to project initiation and handed off to the Portfolio and Finance Teams to ensure value is tracked and capture over the course of implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Engages, develops, maintains relationships with business leaders across the organization to quantify demand for IT support and technology enablement.
  • Creates business cases in partnership with corresponding business function and aligns with financial calendar to ensure timely submission of new proposals.
  • Documents business requirements, As-Is business processes, To-Be business processes, and major desired business outcomes from new technology deployments.
  • Analyzes information pertaining to complex business problems and makes recommendations for the implementation of new systems and procedures.
  • Works across IT teams to drive alignment on priorities, constraints, and dependencies, and factors in organizational capacity into long term business planning of IT projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Technical or Business field, Master's Degree Desirable
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the Life Sciences, Pharma, MedTech, or Biotech industries
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in, or supporting business functions: Digital Marketing, Commercial Teams, Customer Service, Field Service, and/or Sales.
  • Extensive experience continuously improving business processes (e.g., Lean, process excellence, value stream mapping)

  • Preferred Certifications: Process Excellence / Six Sigma / Lean / Organizational Change Management / PMP / ITIL / Business Analyst Training
  • Management Consulting experience; executive presentation skills
