We are looking for an impact-driven, self-motivated problem solver who can lead the digital transformation for the Services business within Gartner. This role focuses on transforming customer journey narratives and client presentations through innovative technology solutions while driving measurable business outcomes. Using AI and automation that can be integrated in existing platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft suite to bring this transformation across Gartner. The product manager will be a part of a team of business analysts, data scientists, engineers, and designers to drive innovation. As a Product Manager, you will lead and mentor others to lead business interviews to identify opportunities to innovate and drive value. You may also lead scrum teams to design new platform experiences, learn and quickly iterate to improve the life of our Service Associates and elevate Gartner customer’s experience.
