Join Waterworks, the Nations leading luxury brand for bath and kitchen in the newly create role of Digital Product Manager. The ideal candidate is a digital-native who will be responsible for the development and execution of progressive strategic plans for Waterworks.com that will enhance our brand through e-influence and e-commerce by inspiring, acquiring, developing and retaining both new and existing customers. This digital native will also have demonstrated excellence in leading the design, development and management of digital environments, ideally in the luxury segment. This candidate will have both strong strategic and project management skills with the ability to influence cross functional teams across all levels within the organization. The role requires an innovator and progressive thinker who can over time build a team that will connect digital, social media and digital marketing components with key accountability in continually optimizing our UX online.

Overall accountabilities included: companys digital platform and UX. Current web properties include: Company website, Waterworks Online Catalog (www.waterworks.com), Online Store (www.store.waterworks.com) and The Perfect Bath Blog (www.theperfectbath.com).

The Digital Product Manager is also responsible for all facets of impacting UX: web design, development, editorial content, demand generation, e-mail strategy, analytics, conversion rates and return on investment. This person will also make recommendations regarding emerging digital and new technologies, and identify and manage strategic partners to evolve Waterworks.com into the industrys leading destination for luxury bath and kitchens.

Key Accountabilities:

* Companys primary contact for digital
* Owns the internal and external UX with respect to Waterworks online catalog, online store and blog overseeing content, navigation and presentation
* Cross-functionally partner with product development managers, all sales channels, and marketing to create digital experiences and programs that will generate client visits, acquisition, purchase conversions and retention on-line and in all channels of business
* Accountable for all digital/web site production, supervise and interact with our web vendors/agencies (designers, developers and SEO/SEM)
* Experience in A/B testing and analytics strategies utilized in online channels (email, mobile notifications, social)
* Drive business case planning, development, roadmaps, and delivery by documenting and managing deliverables to deadlines and tracking activities and milestones
* Identify, manage, and escalate project risks / issues timely to ensure maximum business benefits are achieved
* Gather and synthesize data, performing analysis and developing recommendations
* Analyzing complex business problems and partner cross-functionally to generate solutions
* Supporting the design and documentation of new operating models / processes, including clearly defined roles and responsibilities
* Understanding change management needs for each initiative and developing strategies to enable the project teams to implement change activities effectively
* Fostering the spirit of collaboration and continuous learning

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelors Degree; MBA and/or Masters in Information Technology a plus
* 5 - 7 years digital e-commerce and or digital agency experience
* Experience building, launching, and managing online websites/content/communities and the related UX
* Experience with A/B and/or multi-variate testing and related capabilities
* Comfortable with multi-tasking and maintaining strong attention to detail across multiple projects
* Highly skilled in budgeting and project management
* Mix of strategy development, tactical skills, project management, IT, and quantitative analysis capabilities is essential
* Ability to translate overall business vision and objectives into tactical strategies and executable plans, providing internal customers with options
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels of management across the organization
* Proven ability to proactively look and think ahead, going beyond obvious project scope
* Hardworking, self-starter with a can do" attitude who is able to navigate through changing priorities and comfortable with ambiguity
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PPT skills
* Luxury sector with multi-channel distribution company experience preferred

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

* CMS platforms: Magento, Wordpress, Proprietary
* Advanced skills with off-site marketing tools: Google Adwords, SEOmoz, Google Analytics, Magento Dashboard, Google Webmaster tools, Bing Webmaster tools
* Knowledge of SEO and SEM optimization and analysis with proven results
* Advanced knowledge of/with social media: Facebook Business Pages, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google +, Instagram, etc.
