Morgan Asset Management is seeking a talented Digital Product Manager to join its Global Digital team. The role requires the ability to engage multiple stakeholders across countries and cultures,working collaboratively with the Web Product lead, Marketing managers, and senior management toenable the deliveryof a global web experience. The successful individual will possessa good understanding and keen interest across the Digital Marketing spectrum alongside strong project delivery experience. The primary task is to identify business needs, requirements and help turn these into project specifications and ultimately a delivery roadmap,defining the features of the product and ensuring they are properly communicated to all project stakeholders. Other tasks include: * Write product requirements, user stories including but not limited to scope of work, persona description, acceptance criteria, definition of done, etc. * Work with the delivery manager for the release plan including release date and content * Responsible for the product metrics (KPIs) and use the same metrics to drive prioritization * Partner with business owners (BO), subject matter experts (SMEs) and the SCRUM team to define the product backlog, prioritise features and bugs according to market value and business needs Our aim is to deliver digital solutions of the highest possible standard to our stakeholders and this is a key role in the successful delivery and provision of support and expertise to the local marketing teams.
