As the Dir Distribution Marketing Americas, you will lead the Americas Distribution Marketing team and work with regional channel marketing partners, FAEs and sales teams to assess business opportunities, developing long-term strategies, support sales teams, and contribute to market research. In your new role you will drive demand creation in the channel in the Americas region while being on top of the market trends and driving constructive feedback to the product line team to grow broad market business. You will provide management updates on the status of the channel business and act as the evangelist for several new product families, developing new business while cooperating with the local distribution sales teams across the targeted consumer, medical, automotive and industrial applications. You will assess the business opportunities at the region, be on top of them, and achieve the expected revenue from the distribution business in the region. Additionally, you will look for new opportunities, product synergies and partnerships, ensure the team has timely responses on open distribution quote requests, and develop a strategy for long term revenue and profit growth at the region. You will be the trusted advisor for your customers and the sales organization at the region, with a can-do attitude and world-class service orientation. You will support with trainings and collateral, contribute to market research by region and market segment, providing inputs to a TAM/SAM/SOM market model used for business planning, effectively position our products at the customers, develop a multi-year sales opportunities funnel to fuel future long-term profitable growth, while monitoring systems for funnel representation, maintain quarterly and annual revenue and drive tactical activities for near-term revenue, and closely work with product marketing on a winning product roadmap.
