About the position

Join our team in Meridian with Renewal by Andersen of Boise! We’re looking for a Direct Marketing Manager to join our Non-Traditional Marketing team. This role plays a key strategic and leadership role, leading the Direct Marketing Department by coaching, guiding, and performance managing this team and their respective leaders. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining the Direct Marketing Team while ensuring they meet their sales and gross profit goals.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, lead, mentor and develop team members.
  • Manage Direct Marketing team and department goals.
  • Manage budget.
  • Develop marketing tactics and execution plan for the Direct Marketing department to ensure successful return on revenue.
  • Stay current on industry trends.
  • Maintain a functional familiarity with RbA suite of products and services.
  • Monitor competitive activity in the market and identify new competition.
  • Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all company employees, suppliers, and customers.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams on issues and concerns.
  • Act within the letter and spirit of state laws in which RbA operates.
  • Exemplify excellence, customer service and collaboration, build a team with mutual trust and respect modeling the RbA Who We Are document.
  • Manage team performance to include hiring, promoting and terminations.
  • Provide oversight of attendance/timecard review & approval, time-off scheduling, & sick time reporting.
  • Decision maker for needed changes in your department.
  • Performing quarterly check-ins with all team members and performance reviews.
  • Performs any other related, unrelated, unassigned, unspecified, out of the ordinary or special duties that may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent supervisory / leadership experience.
  • Ability to effectively lead teams, speak publicly, analyze problems and translate company goals into actions necessary to achieve the goals.
  • Demonstrates ability to work with and motivate people and to tactfully handle difficult situations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Must be able to withstand the rigors of frequent daily travel, and computers and office equipment.
  • Expert knowledge in time management, organizational, deadline driven, and general administrative skills.
  • Strong communication skills, including listening skills and conflict resolution, both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to work under time and budgetary constraints.
  • Always Represent the company with the utmost degree of professionalism and set example for the department’s staff in efforts and decorum.
  • Ability to work and lead in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and motivate people with a spirit of trust and respect to deliver for RbA’s Who We Are philosophy.
  • Strong customer service expertise.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel, and database experience.
  • Maintains a high level of responsiveness and urgency to complete tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Possession of a valid Driver’s License with an insurable driving record per company standards.
  • Willingness to reasonably withstand the elements throughout each season.
